If I was turning 8 or 9, 10 or 40… icon smile Birthday Party Angel City Derby Girl Style {Los Angeles Event Photographer} I would have loved a party like this one! SO. MUCH. FUN! Miss Birthday Girl and all her friends got to skate, make derby shirts (WITH offical derby names too) and get their faces painted. Even the parents had a blast. I’m so happy I got to photograph this rollin’ good time! If you want to give your kid a fantastic birthday party she (or he) will never forget…complete with real live derby girls…Contact Angel City!

Turn up the volume, sit back and enjoy a day at World On Wheels. And if after seeing this, YOU want to become a roller girl, contact Angel City Derby Girls for more information! (Password for full gallery is the birthday girl’s first name. All lower case)

I was so excited when Molly called to see if I was available to photograph this fantastic event. I’ve known her for years through Facebook and other rescue friends, but never met her in person. Turns out she even works for the same company my husband works for! Small world!

She is an amazing person and does so much for animals. I don’t think she ever sleeps! She and her team raised over $85,000 for the animals. You read that right. 85 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Holy mackerel!

Molly’s Mutts and Meows’ adoption events are at a West Hollywood Park several Saturdays a month from 12-3pm. The tents are on the Robertson Blvd. side, south of Santa Monica Blvd. There is a paid parking lot right across from their tents, metered street parking, and some free 2-hour parking in the park’s lot off of San Vicente. If you want to do more and become a volunteer, find out more here.

This is round 2 of my favorites. There was so much going on that day and so many great photo ops, that I just couldn’t edit them down. LOL I’ll post the full gallery on Facebook later this afternoon. Until then, turn up the volume, sit back and enjoy this beautiful day!
